Whistleblower channel

In compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, El Celler de Can Roca makes this Whistleblower Channel available to its employees, collaborators and third parties.

What can you report?

Through this channel you can confidentially report any irregularity or conduct that may constitute a breach of the legal order, including:

• Criminal or administrative offences
• Breaches of labour regulations
• Violations of data protection regulations
• Accounting or financial irregularities
• Conduct contrary to the company's code of ethics
• Workplace harassment or discrimination

Guarantees

El Celler de Can Roca guarantees:

• Confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity
• Protection against retaliation
• Impartial handling of reports
• Respect for the presumption of innocence of the reported person

How to make a report

You can submit your report via email to [email protected], indicating:

• Detailed description of the facts
• Date and location of the events
• Persons involved
• Available documentation or evidence

You may submit the report anonymously, although providing your contact details allows for better follow-up of the report.

Procedure

Once the report is received:

• Acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum of 7 days
• A preliminary investigation will be conducted
• You will be informed of the status and outcome of the investigation
• The maximum response time is 3 months

Channel manager

The manager of the Whistleblower Channel guarantees independence and objectivity in the handling of communications received.
