Booking conditions

The following conditions govern reservations made at El Celler de Can Roca. By making a reservation, you accept these conditions in their entirety.

Booking process

Reservations are made through our online booking system or by phone. All reservations are subject to confirmation by the restaurant.

• Reservations open on the first day of each month for the following month
• You will receive a confirmation email
• The reservation is not final until confirmation is received

Reservation guarantee

A valid credit card is required as a guarantee to confirm your reservation. No charge will be made at the time of booking, except in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made with the following notice:

• More than 72 hours: No charge
• Between 48 and 72 hours: 50% of the menu price per person
• Less than 48 hours: 100% of the menu price per person
• No-show: 100% of the menu price per person

The reference menu price for cancellation charges is €250 per person.

Modifications

Changes to date, time or number of guests are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.

Reductions in the number of guests communicated less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to charges.

Arrival and punctuality

We ask that you arrive punctually for your reservation. For the smooth running of the service:

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed
• After this time, the table may be given to other diners
• We recommend contacting us if you expect to be late

Dress code

El Celler de Can Roca maintains a smart casual dress code. The following are not permitted:

• Shorts
• Flip-flops or beach sandals
• Sportswear

Dietary requirements

Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or special dietary preferences at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance.

Children

Children under 12 are welcome at the restaurant. We recommend the lunch service for families with young children. A children's menu is available on request.

Photography

We allow discreet photography for personal use. The following are not permitted:

• Camera flash
• Tripods or other professional equipment
